Features:
CCB is a wood preservative designed for the impregnation of wood with cooper, chromate and boron (CCB) basis according to TS 788 -1 (DIN 68-800).
CCB is allowed to be used in hazard classes of 1, 2, 3 and 4 according to TS 788-1 (DIN 68 800-3).
The wooden material impregnated with this wood preservative is suitable to be used in kindergartens, pergolas, cammelias, fences, garden and urban furnitures in public areas, carrier construciton and roof elements, transmission and electric poles, mine poles, railway sleepers and cooling towers which contact permanently with soil and water.
Its method of application is boiler pressure impregnation.
It is water based and environmental-friendly.
It does not contain toxic ingredients such as arsenic.
Wooden material impregnated with CCB can be easily used eith metals such as steel and iron and does not cause any corrosion. It does not harm plants.
Wooden material impregnated with CCB becomes green.
Charge quantities in accordance with DIN 68 800 - 3:
Hazard Class 1 - 2: 1,5 kg/m3 Hazard Class 3: 4 kg / m3 Hazard Class 4: 8 kg / m3
According to DIN 68 800 - 3:
P - effective against fungus IV - effective against insects W - resistant against weather conditions E - effective against contact with soil and water
Approval Data:
This wood preservative is allowed by Deutschen Für Bautechnik, Berlin to be used and manufactured with approval number Z-58.1 -1350.
